1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver all over Bangladesh.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us through our WhatsApp or Instagram before placing an order.
2. Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka
- Delivery Charge: ৳80
Outside Dhaka
- Delivery Charge: ৳110
Delivery charges will be added during checkout.
3. Delivery Time
- Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery time may vary during public holidays, festivals, or due to courier delays.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh.
Please make sure to:
- Receive pickup confirmation calls from Rarestcrew.
- Stay available for calls from the delivery rider/courier service.
- Pay the total amount in cash at the time of receiving the parcel.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order:
- Our team may contact you for order confirmation.
- Orders may be cancelled if confirmation calls are not answered.
- Please provide the correct phone number and address to avoid delivery issues.
6. Failed Delivery
Delivery may fail if:
- The customer does not answer calls.
- Incorrect address or phone number is provided.
- The customer refuses to receive the parcel.
Repeated failed deliveries may result in future order restrictions.

Currently, international delivery is handled manually.
